Polling Status

When a Polling Service is executed in a Process Flow, you can view the status of its execution in the Process Flow logs. The status can be any of the following:

  • Timeout
  • Aborted
  • Success

Viewing Polling Status

  1. On the Monitor tab, go to History > Process Flow logs.
  2. Select the Process Flow. The details of the Process Flow are displayed in a separate tab.
  3. Click Diagnostic ().



  4. You can view the status of the Polling Service from the Message column. The status can be any of the following:

    TimeoutExecution time of Polling Service expires. To activate it again, extend the date and time of execution of the Process Flow.
    AbortedError occurred while executing Polling Service. Read the error message and try to rectify the error manually or contact Adeptia Support Team.
    SuccessPolling Service executed successfully.
