Re-assigning the Tasks of Your Staff
If you are a Manager, you can reassign the task that is already assigned to a staff member, to another staff member.
Steps to re-assign the tasks of your staff
- In the Staff Task Manager, click the Task link of the user, whose task you want to re-assign. All the tasks assigned to the user are displayed.
- Select the user to whom you want to re-assign the task from the Assign To drop-down list.
- Click Submit.
