Migration on Windows

This section assists you in migrating objects on a Windows based operating system.

To migrate objects:

1. Go to the location where Adeptia Suite is installed, for example, C:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-<version>.
2. Open the bin folder.
3. Double-click MigrationUtility.exe to run the Migration utility.
   

   
   
   

4. Click Next.
5. Select Connect 2.0. 

   

6. Click Next to start the migration of Adeptia Connect.

7. Select the migration action and click Next to proceed further.

   Action Name	Description
   Export	Use this action to export the Transactions and Templates from one source location to another in a zip format.
   Promote	Use this action to select objects from the exported zip file, compare them with the target system, and generate another zip file for the changes you want to update to the target system.
   Deploy	Use this action to deploy the exported zip file at the target location.
