Migrating B2BI Objects

Whenever an upgrade of an Adeptia product is released, you need to migrate all the data from the earlier version to the upgraded version. You may also need to transfer the objects across multiple environments. Adeptia offers a Migration utility to facilitate this cumbersome process and helps you to seamlessly migrate objects. So, you may use this utility to migrate all your B2B objects (EDI and Non-EDI) across multiple environments. However, while migrating B2BI objects, you must ensure the following:
- Create all your EDI objects, e.g., Projects, Inbound/Outbound relationships, Mappings, Events, Targets, Trading Partners, ISA and UNB outbound envelopes etc. within a single group.
- It is recommended to choose ALL Objects category while exporting the EDI objects.
