Using the Solution Promotion wizard
You can migrate Adeptia Connect objects from one environment to another by using the Solution Promotion wizard. For migrating the objects you need to perform two operations – Export, and Import.
To export the objects, you need to use Export Package to create an exported ZIP containing the exported objects. Once the exported ZIP is created, you need to use this ZIP with Import Package feature to import the objects to the target environment.
The following two sections describe the steps to export and import the objects in detail.
Important
If ever you use Solution Promotion wizard to migrate the AC v3.x objects to AC v4.x environment, ensure that you do not perform the Rollback operation using the rollback ZIP created during the import process–it may result in inconsistencies in data.
