When a Polling is executed in a Process Flow, you can view the status of its execution in the Process Flow logs. The status can be any of the following:
Viewing polling status:
- On the Monitor tab, go to History > Process Flow logs.
- Select the Process Flow. The details of the Process Flow are displayed in a separate tab.
- Click Diagnostic (
).
You can view the status of the Polling Service from the Message column. The status can be any of the following:
Value | Description |
---|
Timeout | Execution time of Polling Service expires. To activate it again, extend the date and time of execution of the Process Flow. |
Aborted | Error occurred while executing Polling Service. Read the error message and try to rectify the error manually or contact Adeptia Support Team. |
Success | Polling Service executed successfully. |
