You can update the Routing of Templates (with Content-Based Routing) from Adeptia Connect without deactivating it. 

To update the Routing of a Template:

  1. Click Configure > Templates.

  2. On the Templates screen, click  > Edit Routing.




  3. Edit Routing page is displayed.




  4. Update the value as required.

  5. Click Save.

    This updates the routing of the Template.
