Viewing Revision History

You can view the revision history of any activity that is controlled by versioning. The revision history shows the number of times a particular activity has been checked in and the details of each revision.

Also, in revision history, following details of each revision are displayed.

1. Date/Time: Displays the date and time when the activity has been checked in to the repository.
2. User Name: Displays the name of the user who checked-in the activity.
3. Comment: Displays the comment that the user has provided while check-in the activity.

Steps to view revision history of an activity

1. Select any activity and click the Action  icon, which you want to view Revision History. The lists of possible actions are displayed.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Revision History to view all revisions of the selected activity.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Close.
