The routing page displays the list of content based routing.

You can update the Routing for Templates (with Content-Based Routing) of any Template/Transaction from Adeptia Connect without deactivating it.

  1. Click Configure > Routing.

  2. Select the routing and click more icon and select Edit.

  3. Enter the email address that you want to update in Contact User field.

  4. Click Save.

    This updates the Contact User of the Template.
