Objects Management

Adeptia recommends a self-managed development process for building Connect based solutions. These include the following:

1. User should define the projects logically based on domain or business function the objects below to. Shared objects can be defined in a shared project folder with appropriate permissions.
2. User should define object ownership in different environments and that can mange the objects. These  defined ownerships would be used used while promoting objects across the environments. Th owner of an object is typically different in non-production and production environments.
3. It is recommended that the object ownership and scope is defined in way that prevents overwriting or simultaneous edits on a given object. This will ensure that no two developers can edit the object simultaneously and break the integrity.
