Configuring mail server parameters

Follow the steps below to configure the mail server parameters in Adeptia Connect:

  1. Click Accounts > Settings.

  2. Expand the Server Node Settings in the left panel.

  3. Select the server node.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Expand Systems > Mail Server Parameters.

  6. Configure the values in the mail server properties. Click here to know about each property.

  7. Click Save.

  8. To reload the configuration, click Reload Configuration link.
    A confirmation message is displayed that the configuration has been reloaded.

Restart the Connect Server in case you have updated the value of abpm.changePasswordNotification.sendNewPassword property.

Configuring EDI mail server parameters

Follow the steps below to configure the EDI mail server parameters in Adeptia Connect:

  1. Click Accounts > Settings.

  2. Expand the Server Node Settings in the left panel.

  3. Select the server node.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Expand Solution Properties > EDI Solution Parameters > EDI Configuration For Mail Notifications.

  6. Refer the following table for the types of errors and their corresponding email configurations.

  7. Click Save.

  8. To reload the configuration, click Reload Configuration link.
    A confirmation message is displayed that the configuration has been reloaded.
