Viewing Usage Summary

Adeptia Connect allows you to view the performance report of a user group. It provide performance details for the current repository, process execution, and data integration execution for the current month or within a specified date range. 

Monitoring Usage Summary

1. Go to Account > System Console.

2. Select Usage Summary from the left pane.
   This screen displays a usage summary of the selected group till the current date of the current month.

3. To view the report for a specific date and time range, click the  Calendar icon and select the date to enter in From and To field.
4. Click Search.
   The information for the selected time interval is displayed. 

The Usage Summary screen is divided into these sections:

• Current Execution Summary
• Process Execution Summary
• Data Integration Execution Summary
• Interfaces Accessed 

Current Execution Summary

This section displays the following:

• Total counts of objects created by the current user and members of the user's group.
• Total number of Process Models created by the selected group.
• Total number of Solutions (Parent Process Flows), and number of Process Flows (which includes Parent and Child Process Flows) created by the group.
• Total number of forms (which includes the custom application services) and total count of users created by the group.

Process Execution Summary

This section displays the following:

• Total counts of execution.
• Performance details of current user and members of the user's group.
• Total number of solution instances that have been executed (Executed, Aborted and Failed) for the selected group.
• Total number of process flow instances (Parent and Child Process Flows) that have been executed for the group.
• Total count of events that have been triggered in the group.
• Total number of workflow tasks started in the selected group and the number of times users of this group have logged into Adeptia Suite.

All services that are used in process flow execution are counted, irrespective of the service being successful or unsuccessful.

Data Integration Execution Summary

This section displays the following:

• Total counts of execution
• Performance details for current user and members of the user's group, in different areas of data integration.
• Total number of Source services created and Target services accessed by the selected group.
• Total number of data mapping services and web service services used by the group.
• Total number of Source file (File, Mail, FTP and LAN File) services created for the selected group.
• Total amount of data (in Bytes) that is processed by all sources and web service services that is used for the selected group.

All services that are used in process flow execution are counted, irrespective of the service being successful or unsuccessful.

Interfaces Accessed

This section displays the counts of different interfaces accessed through Adeptia Connect by current user and members of the user's group.

You can refresh by clicking Refresh icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. All the sections will be refreshed with the current information.
