Viewing Spazio logs

Logs enable you to trace the details of a particular request or a user's activity. Adeptia Connect maintains the logs of all the activities performed using Spazio Server. The information includes the time stamp (date, start and end time, and time zone), type of event, outcome of the activity, its correlation ID, and other information. 

Accessing Spazio logs

  1. Go to the Dashboard page.
  2. Click Transactions icon from the left pane.
  3. Click All Messages drop-down list and select Spazio Logs.
    By default, the system displays current day logs. These log entries are grouped according to their correlation ids. 
  4. To view all the entries of a particular correlation key, expand the group by clicking the expand icon.

    You can also filter the data based on current logs and archived logs.
  5. To search for Spazio logs for a specific time period, go to advanced search. Click the arrow in the search box.



  6. Select either Current Logs or Archived Logs radio button.
  7. To select the time interval for which you want to view the logs, click the calendar icon and select the date to enter in From and To field.
  8. Select the column from the drop-down list of Search by Column field. Enter the value for the column in the next field.
  9. Click Search.
    The log information for the selected time interval is displayed.
