The HTTP Source provides the ability to fetch the data from an HTTP server.

This section describes how to create a HTTP Source activity using the following details as an example:

Steps to create a HTTP Source Activity
- On the Adeptia Suite homepage, click the Develop tab.
Go to Services > Source and then click HTTP. The Manage HTTP Source screen is displayed.
- Click the Create New link. The Create HTTP Source screen is opened.
- Enter the name and description of the new HTTP Source in the text boxes Name and Description fields respectively.
- Enter the URL of the HTTP Server in the HTTP URL field.
Select the Security Policy from the drop down.
Note
You should have created a HTTP security policy to link the policy .

Click the Save button.
