Steps to Run Tracer Utility:

For Windows:

  1. Go to <Adeptia-Installation-Folder>/ServerKernel/tracer folder.

 

Execute the server-info.bat file.

You can perform the same steps through Command Prompt as well.

 

For Linux:

  1. Open the terminal.
  2. Go to <Adeptia-Installation-Folder >/ServerKernel/tracer folder.
  3. Make sure that server-info.sh file has execute permission.
  4. Execute ./server-info.sh file.
     

When you execute the server-info.sh or server-info.bat file, a zip file called server-info<timestamp>.zip_ is created in the tracer folder. This zip file has all the required information regarding of the System and the status of Adeptia Suite at the time of execution.

To gather information about Adeptia's files, folders, and databases

  1. Go to <Adeptia-Installation-Folder >/ServerKernel/tracer/etc folder.
  2. Configure the Application.xml file. 
  3. Then, execute ./server-info.sh file or server-info.bat file.
