Investigating Errors

To investigate the errors through logs:

  1. Go to Monitor > History > Process Flow Logs.
  2. Click the process flow to investigate. The execution details of the process flow will appear in the new tab.
  3. Click  to view diagnostic details.



  4. Refer to the Message column to know the error details.
  5. If there is no text description of the problem available in Diagnostics, click  to see the status of each step executed in the process flow. This may give you some idea where the problem occurred.
