Before starting the migration process, it is essential to understand how Adeptia AIS is employed by the customer, encompassing their services and configurations.

To aid in comprehending customer configurations and needs, we have developed a questionnaire that we employ during our interactions with customers.

Following this, we ask them to fill out and return this questionnaire.

We also request their objects and diagnostic zip files alongside the completed questionnaire.

Upon receiving the completed questionnaire from the customer, we analyze it to prepare scope and effort estimations.
