  • To aid in comprehending customer configurations and needs, we have developed a questionnaire that we employ during our interactions with customers.

  • Following this, we ask them to fill out and return this questionnaire.

  • We also request their objects and diagnostic zip files alongside the completed questionnaire.

  • Upon receiving the completed questionnaire from the customer, we analyze it to prepare scope and effort estimations.
