System Console provides you with a list of information related to the status of Adeptia Connect. It also helps to diagnose the errors occurring while using Adeptia Connect.

Steps to access the System Console page:

  1. Go to Account > System Console.

    The System Console page is displayed.


  The System Console page helps you diagnose the errors occurring while using Adeptia Connect. 

  There are three types of information you can view in System Console: 

Overview

This section gives an overview of microservices and the databases including their status and details based on different monitoring parameters. 



Icon

Description

Execution is successful and system health is fine.

Warning when execution is partially completed, or system health is reaching the threshold.

Errors while execution or system health has crossed the threshold.

Report

This section displays the status (Running/Stopped), Number of Pods Running, and Image Tag for each microservice and database connection availability with errors and warnings.

You can also click  to download report of each microservice.

You can click the URL present in the upper right corner for an external monitoring tool. You can also configure the URL in monitoring.tool.url property.

In the Report section you can only see the Image Tag, to download Image Tag you need to follow the steps given below:

    1. Go to Home page, click Help > About.



    2. On the About window, click the Download link of Product Image Tag. This downloads Image Tag for all microservices.

Downloading Image Tag

You can download the Image Tag for all microservices by following the steps given below:

  1. On the Home page, click Help > About.
  2. On the About window, click the Download link of Product Image Tag.
