Moving Objects to Another User - Partner

Move the objects of a user to another user to:

You can move objects to another user of the same type (Business to Business User and IT to IT User).

Only a Company administrator and an IT User have the rights to move objects. 

To move objects:

  1. Click Account > Users. 



  2. On the Users screen, click  > Move Objects.

     

  3. On the Move Objects window, select the user you want to move objects from the drop-down list and click Move.

     

  4. Click Yes, when prompted to confirm.

  5. A message appears confirming objects are moved successfully.

  6. Click Close to close the window.
