Editing Routing

You can update the Routing of Templates (with Content-Based Routing) without deactivating it. 

To update the Routing of a Template:

1. Click Configure > Templates.

2. On the Templates screen, click  > Edit Contact User.

   
   
   

3. Enter the email address that you want to update in Contact User field.
   
   
   
   

4. Click Save.

   This updates the Contact User of the Template.

To update the Routing of a Template:

1. Click Configure > Routing.

2. Select the routing and click more icon and select Edit.

3. Enter the email address that you want to update in Contact User field.
   
   
   
   

4. Click Save.

   This updates the Contact User of the Template.
