You can update the Routing of Templates (with Content-Based Routing)  from Adeptia Connect without deactivating it. 

To update the Routing of a Template:

1. Click Configure > Templates.

2. On the Templates screen, click  > 

3. Click Configure > Routing.

4. Select the routing and click more icon and select Edit.

5. Enter the email address that you want to update in Contact User field.
   Click Edit Contact UserRouting.

   Enter the email address that you want to update in Contact User field.

6. Click Save.

   This updates the Contact User of the Template.

To update the Routing of a Template:

1.

2. Edit Routing page is displayed.

3. Update the value as required.

4. Click Save.

   This updates the Contact User routing of the Template.
