Page Comparison

The routing page displays the list of content based routing.
You can update the Routing for  Routing of Templates (with Content-Based Routing) of any Template/Transaction from  from Adeptia Connect without deactivating it. 

To update the Routing of  of a Template:

1. Click Configure > Templates.

2. On the Templates screen, click Image Added > Enter the email address that you want to update in Contact User field.
   Click Edit Routing.
   

3. Select the routing and click more icon and select Edit.

5. Edit Routing page is displayed.

6. Update the value as required.

7. Click Save.

   This updates the Contact User routing of the Template.
