Steps to Run Tracer Utility:
For Windows:
- Go to <Adeptia-Installation-Folder>/ServerKernel/tracer folder.
Execute the server-info.bat file.

- Open the terminal.2.
- Go to <Adeptia-Installation-Folder >/ServerKernel/tracer folder.3.
- Make sure that server-info.sh file has execute permission.4.
- Execute ./server-info.sh file.

When you execute the server-info.sh or server-info.bat file, a zip file called server-info<timestamp>.zip_ is created in the tracer folder. This zip file has all the required information regarding of the System and the status of Adeptia Suite at the time of execution. |
