Instead of transferring the entire project, which could take time, you can just transfer the objects that have been changed. The Migration utility allows you to create a zip file of all the objects (that has been changed) and promote them across three environments.
Select Ensure that you have run the Migration utility and select Environment Promotion on the Select the action screen and click Next.
