The Data Integration (Internal) Transactions that are created to be used internally by the company are visible to every user. Now, after this upgrade, you can select the Project while creating an internal transaction using data interface template to segregate the transactions based on the Project.
To achieve this, you must ensure that GAC is enabled and have selected ‘Create transaction to be used internally by your company’ button while creating a transaction at Choose Partner step.
Select the specific project from the drop-down list of Select Project. By default, the Select Project drop-down list displays the list of projects that the logged-in user have access.
Recommendation
- It is highly recommended to move all existing internal transactions to a specific project. To achieve this, edit the transaction and follow the steps mentioned above. However, if you want to segregate the transactions in bulk then use migration utility.
