While using Adeptia Connect, you may come across some issues which can be resolved by you at your end itself. The section below guides you on how to resolve some common set of issues.

Case:

Unable to view System Console page information.
It may be because the application is unable to connect to your backend database. Check the backend database connection. If the issue still persist, contact your system admin.
