Granting Template Access to a Partner

You can allow a Partner to access a specific or set of Templates. For granting access, the Partner and the Template must be associated with the same Network. The Partner can use these Templates for creating Transactions. 

To grant access:

1. Click Partners > Partners.

2. On the Partners screen, click  > Grant Access.

   This Grant Access/Revoke Access option appears for all the Partners.

   
   
   
   

3. On the Grant Access window, all the Template which has no access to the partner will be displayed. 

4. Select the checkbox of a specific Template to grant access. Or, select the Select All checkbox to choose all the Templates.

5. Click Grant Access to the Partner to grant Template access.

6. This grants access to the Template. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.

   If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.

   You can also revoke access from the Partner anytime whenever you want by clicking  >Revoke Access.
