The layout information can be saved in a PDF file for the documentation purpose. It contains all the information related to a layout in tabular format. You can also get the layout details like Name, ID, Description, etc.
The first page of the PDF contains the Layout Name, Layout Description, Creation Date, Last Modified By, Last Modified On, Created By, Group Owner and all other fields.

Generating PDF of a layout
In layout, click more action and select View PDF option to generate the PDF.
The PDF will be generated and saved in the specified folder depends on your browser settings.
