Finding exactly what you need inside Adeptia Connect can be difficult sometimes, especially when you try to search for an entity based on more than one criterion.

The Global Search in Adeptia Connect helps you search for entities globally all through the application from a single section. It displays all the applicable entities that have the keyword you use in your search.

This search feature allows you to search for the entities at an advanced level and the search result comprises all the available entities with matching keyword – you can further refine a search result based on some parameters. It also allows you to select a specific type of entity to be searched for by displaying (as you type the search text) a list of entities that may have the keyword you specify.

  • If you search for the entities with a keyword ‘Pun’, it produces the search result containing all the entities, including Services, Networks, Partners, Templates, Transaction, etc if they have a similar keyword in any of their applicable fields.
  • If you search for the entities with the keyword ‘Test Adeptia’, it produces the search result containing all the entities, including Services, Networks, Partners, Templates, Transaction, etc if any of their applicable fields contain the text ‘Test Adeptia’.

This search is not case sensitive.
