System Console

System Console provides you with a list of information related to the status of Adeptia Connect. It also helps to diagnose the errors occurring while using Adeptia Connect.
Steps to access the System Console page:
Go to Account and click System Console.
The system Console page is displayed.
The System Console page helps you diagnose the errors occurring while using Adeptia Connect. The warning messages will depend on the threshold values you have customized.
There are four types of information you can view in System Console:
Additionally, in case of clustering nodes, corresponding sections with different IP address will also appear.
You can download the report for all the nodes by clicking Portal Report or Server Report displayed at the top-right corner of the page. The report is downloaded in the zip file containing installation log details, server files, and information of System Console page in JSON format.
Overview section displays detailed information such as License Status, Portal Cluster, Server Cluster, Scheduler, Backend Database, Log Database, Process Execution, Archive Log Database, and more.
Report section displays the system health with errors and warnings. Following icons are shown as a status of system health:
In Process Execution section of Report, Repository Disk Space activity displays the disk space details of PF Repository, SOAP Attachment, REST Attachment, and Other Application.
If you have configured the shared path then it shows disk space of shared repository.
If you have configured the different path for each property then it shows disk space of each path separately.
If you have configured the default path for each property then it shows disk space of default repository.
Portal Nodes section displays detailed information about System info and portal.
Server Nodes section displays detailed information about System Info, Kernel, WebRunner, and AIMap.
In the Kernel section of Server Node, you have the option to pause the kernel and reset the cache. This section also shows the list of running Process Flows.
If you want to pause the kernel, click Pause Kernel and then click Yes to confirm. It shows the status as PAUSE and the button changes to Resume Kernel.
To reset the cache, click Reset Cache and then click Yes to confirm. The system display the confirmation message.Usage Summary
