Adeptia adopts a standard deployment process across all clients for installation involving the following key steps:

  • Create Installation pre-requisites specific to the client

  • Review Pre-requisites  

  • Pre-installation sizing and capacity planning

  • Deployment of Installation components

    • Spazio Installation and configuration ??

  • System Configuration Settings Define User Provisioning process 

    • Installation Verification

    • License Activation

  • Define User Provisioning Process

Installation Checklist

Installation detailed checklist indicates the pre-requisites from infrastructure provisioning, configuration requirements, and security perspective. Listed below are the checklist items to be taken care of prior to installation Adeptia components:

  • Server Configuration

  • SSL Configuration

  • Backend Database Configuration

  • Log Database Configuration

  • Mail Server Configuration

  • Windows firewall Configuration

  • Network firewall Configuration (If Any)

  • Load Balancer Configuration

  • File System Configuration

  • LDAP Configuration (if applicable)

  • SSO/SAML Configuration(if applicable)

  • Adeptia Connect Install Package

  • Virus Scan Turn-off (it may be required to turn of the virus scan prior to installation in some environments)

  • License Tier and License File

  • Proxy/Reverse Proxy (If Any)
