Individual Activity

Select Export Individual Activities to export a specific activity based on the service type. With this option, you can export Transaction, Template, Web Form, Process Flow, and other activities like schema, mapping, events, etc.

Here you also get the flexibility of exporting Transactions and Process flows in the following manner as per your requirement:

• Transaction (with templates)
• Transaction (without templates)
• Process flow (with dependencies)
• Process flow (without dependencies)

Perform the following the steps to Export Individual Activities:

1. Select the service type and click Next.
   
   
   
   

2. On the next screen, select the Activity Type and Criteria in the Select Activity Type and Select Criteria respectively.

   Clicking View Selected Activities displays all the activities you have selected to export.

   
   
   
   You have the following options to select for these two fields:

   Option	Description
   Select Activity Type	All AC and AIS activities (In case you select Others options on the previous screen) Process Flow (With Dependencies) Process Flow (Without Dependencies) Transaction (With Template) Transaction (Without Template)
   Select Criteria	This field helps you to search an activity based on the criteria listed below. Service Type Filter Criteria Transaction Name, Partner, and Project Name Template Name, Project Name, and Network Name Web Form Name, Project Name Process Flow Name, Project Name Others Role Custom Entity User Name, Project Name Name Name Name, Email

3. Click Next.

4. Browse to and select the target location to save the exported file. The objects are exported in a zip file.

   
   
   

   Ensure that you have the same file name with .zip extension at target location.

5. Click Next.
   A dialog box appears confirming activities have been exported successfully. In case of failure, it displays an error message and rollbacks the entire operation.
   
   
   
   

6. Click OK.
7. Click Save Logs to save the logs. Choose the location to save the logs.

8. Click Finish to exit the Migration utility.
