Granting Template Access

You can grant a Partner an access to a particular Template. There are two conditions for granting access to a particular Template:

• The Template is publicly accessible
• The Partner to whom you are granting access is self onboarded.

To grant access:

1. Click Configure > Templates.

2. On the Templates screen, click > Grant Access.

   This option appears only if the Template is publicly accessible.

   
   
   
   

3. The Grant Access window appears listing all self onboarded Partners. Click Grant Access to grant access to the Partner.
   
   
   
   

4. Click Yes, grant it, when prompted to confirm.

   

    

5. Repeat steps 4 to 5 to grant access to multiple Partners.

6. Click Close to close the Grant Access window.
   
    The access to the Template is granted successfully. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.  

   If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.

You can also revoke access to a Template from the Partner anytime whenever you need. Click   corresponding to the Template to revoke access and click Revoke Access. Click Revoke Access corresponding to the Partner you want to revoke access. Repeat the steps to revoke access from the multiple Partners.
