What's New in this Release?

  • Support for Creating Web Forms
    You can now create web forms by adding controls, customizing their appearance and layout, and adding rules affecting the behavior of the form. You can create following two kinds of forms: Form and Wizard.

  • Support for New Applications
    Adeptia Connect now supports the following three applications:
    • Dynamics GP
    • SAP
    • Microsoft SharePoint

  • Variables in the Data Mapper
    You can now create variables, assign a value, and use these while mapping Source and Destination elements. Click here to know more.

  • Filter Unmapped Elements in the Data Mapper
    With this new feature in mapping, you can now filter the elements from appearing in the mapping output. Click here to know how to use this function.

  • Disabling Mapping Output Indentation
    You can now disable the mapping output indentation, this would help in the performance and compresses the file size.

  • Support of SAP Logs
    While sending files from SAP Client to server, you can now view the generated SAP logs from the Dashboard screen.

  • Support of Pre-Process Application in Custom Template
    You will now find Pre-Process app at Source while creating a Custom template. 

  • Support of Creating Layouts and Value Maps from Manage Objects Screen
    You can now create layouts and value maps from the Manage Objects screen and use them while creating a Template or Transaction. However, you can also create layouts and value maps while creating a Template or Transaction.

  • Support of Business Applications in Multiple Targets
    Now, you can use any business application in case of multiple targets in a custom template. Earlier, it was restricted to use only following applications: File, FTP, Database, JMS, Email, and Spazio MFT/s. 

  • Support for Viewing Transactions and Process Flows called in a Post Process Transaction
    You can now view the list of Transactions and Process Flows called in a Post Process Transaction from the Dashboard screen.  

  • Support to Configure Partner will define this step Option in a Template
    Earlier, while creating an Inbound template, Partner has to define the Source application and in an Outbound template, Partner has to define the Destination application. Now, you can configure Partner will define this step checkbox. Either your Company or Partner can now define this step. 

  • Support to Customize Partner 
    You can now create a custom variable, assign a folder location where Partner files are stored, and use the custom variable while defining the folder location in a Template. When the Transaction will execute, it will pick the files from the folder location defined in the variable.     

Bug Fixes

Following is the list of bugs that have been fixed in this release:

  • Select Account screen is not displayed while creating an Inbound Template using business application at Source.
  • After re-running the post process transaction, parent transaction start time is not updated on the Dashboard screen. 
  • While creating a Template using LAN either at Source or Target, the drop-down list does not open automatically while trying to search for any entity.
  • When you use "New Employee" trigger in BambooHR, it always triggers the same employee entity in each polling interval.
  • While changing the default data encoding from UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1, Adeptia Connect UI hangs.
  • When a Business User views the favorite Transactions and clicks the cross icon of the search tab or navigates to another tab, then favorite transaction filter is not removed.
  • When a Company admin tries to view the execution details of a Template and Transaction of a User from the Dashboard, the screen displays HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
