Deactivating a User - Partner

Deactivate a User in one of the following situations:
  • Edit details of a User.
  • Restrict access to Adeptia Connect.

To deactivate a User:
  1. Click Account > Users. 



  2. On the Users screen, click  > Deactivate.

    Deactivate option appears to the Users with an Active status.



    The status of the User is now Inactive, indicating User is deactivated successfully.
