Adeptia Connect facilitates you to exchange data with your Partners using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), a method to exchange data between Partners. Once you and your Partner decide to do business using EDI, there are a few general steps you can take to begin the process:
- The first step is to provide the Host ID of your Company (Account > My Company > Edit).
- After providing the Host ID, create a Partner and configure EDI settings.
- Now, create EDI Transaction using either of the following prebuilt Templates
- EDI Inbound
- To receive an acknowledgment, you need to create an EDI Outbound Transaction using 997 Transaction Set Code.
- EDI Outbound
- To receive an acknowledgment, you need to create an EDI Inbound Transaction using 997 Transaction Set Code.
- EDI Inbound
- View the execution details of the Transaction in the Dashboard.
