Using Migration utility, you can export either a single Transaction or all Transactions of a Partner. When you migrate any Transaction, it implicitly migrates all dependent activities (like layouts, mapping, target, etc.) with it.
Prerequisites:
Ensure that you have:
- Created Transactions in Adeptia Connect.
- Run the Migration utility.
To export Transactions:
- Select Transaction to export the Transactions.
- Click Next to select the Partner.
Select the type of Partner to export the Transactions. You can either export the Transactions of a Partner managed by your Company or a self onboarded Partner.
You can select multiple Partners, in case you select Adeptia option. However, you can only select one Partner in Partner option.Click Next to select the Partner.
Select the Partner(s) whose Transactions you want to export.
Selecting multiple Partners or all Partners won't allow you to select the Transaction.
Partner name (self) indicates Company name, for example, Adeptia (self).
- Click Next to migrate the Partner.
- Select Include Partner check box to migrate the Partner related to the Transactions.
- Click Next to select the Transaction.
Select the Transaction(s) to export.
This screen appears only if you have selected a single Partner.- Click Next to provide the target location.
- Browse to and select the location to save the exported file. The objects are exported in a zip file. Provide the target path with the file name in zip format.
- Click Next to export. A dialog box appears confirming objects have been exported successfully. In case of failure, it displays an error message and rollbacks the entire operation.
- Click OK.
- Click Save Logs to save the logs. Choose the location to save the logs.
- Click Finish to exit the Migration utility.
