You can move objects (activities, process flows, etc.) of one user to another user. When you move objects, ownership of those objects is also transferred to the new user.

To move objects:

  1. Go to Administer > Setup > User.
  2. The list of all existing Adeptia Suite users appears on the screen. Click corresponding to the user whose objects you want to move and then click Move Objects.



  3. The Move Objects of User window appears listing all the existing projects created by the selected user. Select the project whose objects you want to move and then click Select Objects.



  4. The list of all activities exist in the selected project(s) appears on the screen. Select the activities that you want to move and then click Move Objects.



  5. Select the user to transfer the objects and then click Get Group(s).



  6. Select the group of the new user to transfer the objects and then click Get Project.

    Only those groups appear in which the selected user is a member.




  7. Select the project in which the selected group is created and then click Change Ownership.



  8. A confirmation message appears indicating ownership of the selected objects has been changed successfully.
