Process Flow Objects 

If you have selected multiple groups in step 3 and PROCESSFLOW OBJECTS option, then objects associated with all Process Flows are exported. However, if you have selected only one group then the list of Process Flows associated with the selected group will appear. Type the Process Flow to export and press ENTER.  You can also select more than one process flow separated by a comma (,), or a range (1-10) or a combination of both (1, 2, 5-9, 13).



 

All Objects

  1. Type the filter criteria to export objects. Press 1 to filter objects else press ENTER to skip.
  2. Type 1 for < or 2 for > for comparison operator.   
  3. Type the value against which the comparison will be done.

 

If you select < as a comparison operator then all the objects will be included in the export file that are less than the date specified in the comparison value.

If you select > as a comparison operator then all the objects will be included in the export file that are greater than the date specified in the comparison value.

Project Objects

Type the project to export and press ENTER. You can also select more than one project separated by a comma (,), or a range (1-10) or a combination of both (1, 2, 5-9, 13).

If you have selected multiple groups in step 3 then you won't be able to select the projects.
