The Run The Run Now option is a manual way to execute a Transaction when required.

The Transaction if you define the Source in that Transaction.
When you click Run Now, Adeptia Connect starts looking for the files based on the criteria you define while creating the Template/defined in the Transaction. If the application finds a file that meets the defined criteria, it starts processing the data immediately.
To run a Transaction using Run Now feature

Go to Configure > Templates > > Run Now

To run a Transaction using Run Now feature when the Source is defined in the Transaction:
Go to Transactions > Transactions > > Run Now

Click Transactions > Transactions.
Click More on a Transaction that you want to run.
Select Run Now.

Customizing

a Transaction
You can create another custom Transaction using the Create Copy option. As you copy a prebuilt EDI Transaction, all the objects of that Transaction including the accounts, layouts, and mapping used in the Transaction get copied to a new Transaction.
To copy a Transaction :and customize that to your requirement, follow the steps given below.
Click Transactions > Transactions.On the Transactions screen, click More >
Click More on a Transaction that you want to copy.
Click Create Copy.
On the Create Copy screen, provide the a name and description of to the newly created Transaction. The name and description of the Transaction are generated automatically based on the selected Transaction. You can edit the Transaction name and description that can be up to 48 and 300 characters long.
Click Create Copy to create a copy of the Transaction.
The copied Transaction will be in the deactivated state. , and edit it based on your requirement.Click Copy & Edit.
Follow the wizard to complete the creation of the Transaction.
Once you have created the custom Transaction, you can use the Run Now option to execute this newly created Transactionit.
