This section assists you on how to run the Migration utility on a Windows-based operating system. To run the utility,

1. Go to the location where Adeptia Suite is installed. For , for example, C:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-<version>\.
2. Open the bin folder.

3. Double-click MigrationUtility.

4. Click Next.Image Removed
   Select the build environment and click
5. Next.
   Standalone Build: Select this option, if Adeptia Server is installed in standalone mode.
   WebSphere Build:  Select this option if Adeptia Server is deployed on the WebSphere Application Server. For this, you need to do some changes related to back-end database in server-configure.properties file. For more information, refer to Appendix B.

   Click Adeptia Suite.

6. Click Next.
7. Select the appropriate way to install Migration utility and click click Next to proceed further. Depending upon the selected option, the further screens differ. 
   
   For Environment Promotion, refer toto Environment Promotion.
   For Migration, refer to to Migration.
