You can allow a Partner to access a specific or set of templates of a Network the Partner is associated with. A Partner can use the Templates in which access is given of that Network for creating Transactions.

| Any Template created after granting the access would not be accessible to the Partner. To give access, you would need to grant access again to that Partner for accessing the created Template. For more information, refer to Granting Template Access. |
To grant access:
- Click Partners > Partners.
On the Partners screen, click
.Info This Grant Access/Revoke Access option appears for all the Partners. 
On the Grant Access window, all the Template which has no access to the partner will be displayed.
Select the checkbox of a specific Template to grant access. Or, select the Select All checkbox to choose all the Templates.
Click Grant Access to the Partner to grant Template access.
This grants access to the Template. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.
If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.
Info You can also revoke access from the Partner anytime whenever you want by clicking Revoke Access.
