This section details how to export or take the backup of the objects. Before you start, ensure that you have run the Migration utility and selected Migration option to migrate the objects.
Type either 1 or 2 for to Export/Backup Without Logs or Export/Backup With Logs and press ENTER.
Provide the source system directory where Adeptia Server is installed and press ENTER.
Info If you do not want to migrate the Logs, it is recommended to use Export/Backup Without Logs option.
Provide the target location where the exported zip file will be saved.
- Type the target directory to save the exported file. The objects can be exported in a zip file only. It is recommended to give the file name in the zip file format.
- Type Y or N to store the backup of the original optional files and press ENTER.
- The utility starts migrating the objects. If it is successful, a message stating A message "Backup completed successfully" appears confirming objects have been migrated successfully. In case of failure, it displays an error message and rollbacks the entire operation.
Press ENTER to exit from the utility.
