Instead of transferring the entire project, which could take time, you can just transfer the activities that have been changed. The Migration utility allows you to create a zip file of all the activities (that has been changed) and promote them across the environments.
Ensure that you have run the Migration utility.
Type 1 for Environment Promotion ENVIRONMENT PROMOTION, and press ENTER. Select the appropriate option to continue further.
