After you have mapped the fields of the Source and the Target application of the Template or you have defined the Source and Target application of a Templatecreated the REST Provider, you will be prompted to turn on the Templatepublish it. Unless you confirm it, the its state remains OFFUnpublished. You may choose to turn ON/OFF either at publish the REST Provider either at the time of creation or through the Templates screen later. Turning On a Template means activating a Template to create Transactions.from the REST Provider manage page.

To activate a TemplateFollow the steps below to publish a REST Provider:
Click Configure > TemplatesConfigure > WEB SERVICES > REST Provider.
On the Templates screen REST Provider page, click Image RemovedImage Added to activatepublish.
Image RemovedInfo Image Removedindicates deactivated Template.
The icon Image Addedindicates an unpublished REST Provider.
Click Yes, turn On, when Publish it. when prompted to confirm.

This activates a Template. You can now use it to create Transactions.Info (Image Removed) to the Template indicates activated Template.
