Adeptia Connect provides a designated screen 'View Template' for you to view the details about a Template, including Template name, type, Network name, creation date, Source and Destination application, etc. This View Template screen is dynamic in nature in the sense that it shows you the information based on the current metadata of the Template. While some details (Definition section) are available on the View Template screen upfront, you need to expand the other sections (for example: Source, Destination, Mapping, etc.) to view the relevant details.

Only a Company administrator and an IT User can view details of a Template.

To view the Template details:

  1. Click Configure > Templates.
  2. On the Templates screen, do one of the following:
    • Click  > View.



    • Click the name of the Template to view details. 

    The View Template screen displays the details of the Template as shown below.

    You can expand or collapse the other sections to show or hide the Template details.

    If you have configured the Partner Parameter while creating a Template then you will find the configured parameter in the Location field. It displays the role of the logged-in user who performs any of the following actions:

    • Create
    • Update
    • Activate
    • Deactivate

Note
  • For templates from the previous version, the two fields 'Created Role' and 'last Modified Role' show the value as 'Not Configured'.
  • You get an option 'Defined in Transaction' for a service while viewing a Template if that service has not been defined in the Template.

You can also edit and delete the Template from the View Template window. Click Image Modified to edit the Template details. Click Image Modifiedto delete
