On the Users screen, click
> Move Objects.

window appears listing all the existing projects on which the selected user has access. Select the project whose services you want to move and click Next.
The list of all services exist in the selected project(s) appears on the screen. Select the services that you want to move and click Next.
Select the user to whom you want to transfer the services and click Move.
Info The role of the target user should match with that of the user from whom the entities are being moved. 
Click Yes, when prompted to confirm.
A message appears confirming objects are moved successfully.
Click Close to close the window.
