These steps are performed on the source system where Adeptia Server is installed. This section will let you know how to export the objects. We are considering you have run the Migration utility and selected Environment Promotion option to export the objects.
Select Export on the Environment Promotion Actions screen and click Next.
Click Browse to select the directory where Adeptia Server is installed, for example, C:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-<version>\AdeptiaServer.
Info In case, you selected WebSphere Build as a build environment, select AdeptiaSharedLibrary folder path in this step.
Click Next.

Select the check box corresponding to the group(s) Group
Click Next to select the group whose objects you want to export.Group Info You can also select more than one
or more groupsgroup.
Click Next.
Select Click Next to select the object you want to export and click Next. You can export eitherany one of the following:
Info Depending upon the selected action, the further screens differ. - Click Browse to select the target location where you want to save the exported file. The objects can be exported in a zip file only. It is recommend to give the file name in the zip file format.
- Click Next to start the export process. The progress of this process is displayed in the Log Details screen.
On success, a . A dialog box "Export completed successfully" is displayed on the screenappears confirming objects has been exported successfully. In case of failure, it displays an error message on the screen and rollback the entire operation.
- Click Save Logs to save the logs.
- Click OK.
- Click Finish to complete the process and exit the Migration utility.
