This section assist you on how to run the Migration utility in GUI mode.

1. To start the Migration utility bundled with Adeptia Suite, go to the bin folder Go to the location where Adeptia Suite is installed. For , for example, C:\Program Files\AdeptiaSuite\AdeptiaSuite-<version>\.
2. Open the bin folder.

3. Double-click MigrationUtility.exe to run the Migration utility.

4. Click Next to select the build environment Next.

5. Anchor
   Build_Env Build_Env

   Select the build environment and click Next.
   
   Standalone Build: Select this option, if Adeptia Server is installed in standalone mode.
   
   WebSphere Build: Select this option if Adeptia Server is deployed on the WebSphere Application Server. For this, you need to do some changes related to back-end database in server-configure.properties file. For more information, refer to Appendix B.
   

   
   
   

6. Select the appropriate way to install Migration utility and click Next to proceed further. 
   
   For Environment Promotion, refer to Environment Promotion.
   For Migration, refer to Migration.
   For Installing Accelerators, refer to Installing Accelerators.
