Adeptia Connect maintains AS2 logs within its interface, that is, data logs exchanged through AS2 (Applicability Statement 2). Thus, avoiding switch among multiple screens.
Accessing AS2 Log
- Go to the Dashboard page.
- Click Transactions icon from the left pane.
Click All Messages drop-down list and select AS2.
By default, the system displays current day logs. You can also filter the data based on current logs and archived logs.
To search for AS2 logs for a specific time period, go to advanced search. Click the arrow in the search box.

By default, the system displays current day logs.- To select the time interval for which you want to view the logs, click the calendar icon and select the date to enter in From and To field.
- Select the status from the drop-down list of the Status field. You can filter the data based on these three criteria:
- Select All
- Successful
- Failed
- Click Search.
The log information for the selected entity is displayed.
If you want to view the details of a specific AS2 log, click under the Action column. The View Details window appears containing all the details.
The Monitor Data Interface screen has the following fields:
Terms | Definition |
Instance Name | Name of the Data Interface activity. This is displayed as a link. Click on this link to view the process flow log. |
FileIn | Name of the source file. This is displayed as a link. Click on this link to view the file. |
FileOut | Name of the target file. This is displayed as a link. Click on this file to view the file. |
Log_Date_Time | Displays the date and time when the file was processed. |
Log_Message | Displays the log message indicating whether the processing is successful or not. |
SourceErrorFile | Displays the name of the source error file, if any. This file contains the error records if any in the source file. This is displayed as a link. Click on this link to view the errors in the source file. |
Status | Displays the status of the file being processed. The status of the file can be PASS or FAIL. |
Target Error File | Displays the name of the target error file, if any. This file contains the error records if any in the target file. This is displayed as a link. Click on this link to view the errors in the target file. |
TransmissionID | Displays the PID of the process flow instance which has processed the file. |
You can also search the logs based on any of the following search criteria:
- FileIn
- FileOut
- Log_Date_Time
- Log_Message
- SourceErrorFile
- Status
- TargetErrorFile
- Transmission_ID

name of any instance. A new screen Solution History is opened. To viewdetails
of the process flow log, click the Detailed Log link.
A new screen,Process Flow Log Details, is opened.
At times, the list of Data Interface log entries is very long. In such a case, you can search for Data Interfaces to be loaded, based on the Data Interfaces name or type by selecting the appropriate search criteria from the dropdown list and entering the search criteria in the text box. Clicking Search will display only those Data Interfaces that conform to the entered criteria.
You can also search the Data Interfaces based on date.
If you click the Refresh ( Image Removed ) icon, present in the upper right-corner of the screen, all the panes of the Data Interface screen are refreshed with latest information.
